South Africa is in desperate need of economic reform. In the past, economic growth was predominantly driven by State Owned Enterprises. Government has recently changed its rhetoric and has pointed out that there needs to be increased involvement from the private sector.
Many of these companies are facing either massive levels of disruption or are in financial distress. How do we turn around private companies in South Africa so that they can participate in the projects that will grow our economy in the future?
