2022 has been another prominent year for the business rescue industry. We saw Comair placed into liquidation, Tongaat Hulett being placed into business rescue, and the South African Post Office having to embark on a retrenchment drive to save its turnaround plan. Michael Dorn (CEO of the RT Group) discusses these events and how they shaped 2022 into one of the most eventful years for the business rescue profession.
