The Deloitte Restructuring Survey is one of the most anticipated social events in the business rescue profession. Some of the profession’s top practitioners, liquidators, restructuring professionals and legal minds gathered at Deloitte’s offices in Waterfall for the presentation of the 2023 survey.
“Is business rescue working? The survey points out that 65% of the respondents to the 2023 survey expect an increase in activity over the next 12 months. 19% expect a significant increase,” says Jo Mitchell-Marais, Africa Turnaround & Restructuring Leader at Deloitte.
